But that of course is up to Mother Nature and she operates on her own schedule much to the joy or annoyance of us photographers;-)

CNovack: Yes!!! I'm glad that I could convey a message. It seems you understood the pic as my first thought was to combine Dorothy and Mary Poppins: I even wanted to put an exit/phone-sign on the umbrella!!! but time was pressing.
