Processing:

Tonal contrast/Sunlight and Bi Color filter in Color Efex Pro
Cloned out a couple of vehicles. Desaturated the yellows a bit as they were a bit too bright.
Brushed in a Silver Efex High Structure layer in Luminosity mode, noise reduction using topaz de noise
