 This, or maybe its sister, missed being my tilted entry by a few minutes and it's the only thing I've got for this. (I caught a cold the day I took this and haven't been anywhere since.)
The building is the Ballarat Town Hall, and the title references the fact that this city was built on gold rush wealth.
