 Looking up the west bound side of Sturt St. (Ballarat's main street.)
Ballarat has always had a reputation for weather like this, although there has been a bit less of it over the last decade or more.

Wet Day in Ballarat comes across well as a "wet nasty" day. Much more interesting than a dry shot.
