 Technically it's spring here, but i think i can do better in the autumn challenge with this image.
There's a tradition here on the bridge near the university that couples attach a lock to the bridge instead of carving names/initials into trees, or spray painting buildings.
The symbolism holds true in that many of these relationships rust and fade when exposed to the elements, the same as the locks on the bridge.

Ottawa? I didn't realize there were locks on one of the bridges. Haven't walked over that particular bridge in a while.
