 At first I thought this was a Chipping Sparrow but after checking my books I think it might be an American Tree Sparrow. Anyone got any ideas?

Chipping Sparrow, Spezella passerina. It's the field marks on the head, especially the black stripe through the eye, with white stripe above which makes this a Chipper.
