 Walking through Mendon Ponds park in Rochester, New York. The chickadee trail has a ton of birds that will eat right out of your hands. When the ground is covered in snow you can get mobbed and have multiple birds in your hand at once.

I've noticed that chickadees will come to feeders even if I'm standing fairly close - would love to experience them this up close and personal!
