ciaeagle inspired me to chase some bees around my yard.

Hmmmmm....too slow shutter speed, front focused, not enough DOF, and a tight crop. What can I say? I liked the colors.

Wow, I'm amazed you shot this at f16. I feel like even with my 150 macro I get a bit more depth. I try to keep mine a bit lower though, as it sorta starts to break down sharpness wise past f11 or so. Maybe that's it?

The common macro problem - focus. This would be great if focused better with the more fstops around f10 which might require flash too. good attempt

Macro shots really require intense sharpness and a bit more depth of field than this affords.
