This is really just a test shot that was hand held just after the sun had set.
I took the shot from the driver's seat as I was waiting at the lights.
I set the camera to AUTOMATIC and it came back with an exposure time of 1/30 seconds, an aperture of 4 and an ISO of 400. The Focal length was 23 mm.
I rested the camera on the steering wheel to steady things up a bit.
I still had to balance the camera with my hands so there may have been some slight movement there. Other movement would have come from the vibrating engine of the vehicle.
