 On the left is batch #1 from 2013, on the right is batch #5 from 2011. Normally I get a darker amber for my first batch and don't get honey-coloured syrup til about halfway through a run, but not this year.

Again no colour manipulation done.

What's postage to South Africa? Plus of course breakage insurance, special packaging, airfreight and import duty? Hehe.
