Looks like they "sit" here often. Very unusual for me to think of this scene as an everyday thing in my part of the world, but they look to be at home here.

Like everyone else I like the blocks of color with the textures combine with the smooth metal hand rail. Perfect place for these "cockies"

I just love the blocks of color - the deep red, the gray, the black - and the textures of the surroundings. It's a geometrical abstract with the whimsy of the birds tossed in. I doubt that you can recover any more detail on the birds - if you could, I would sure look for other crops (as suggested by kasaba and play with this some more.

The title should be "The Lineup." Pretty sure I don't want to be the downstairs neighbor.

Have you got ANY idea what these birds cost here? :-)

... thi is a fun picture. Almost "abstarcty" with the blocked colours and then the line of birds. Nicely seen.
Although its a bit "predictable", I would crop the iomage to get the birds on a 1/3 from the top.

No, not galahs - sulphur crested cockatoos, known colloquially as 'cockies'.

these are galahs.
