 It was 24 degrees Sunday and there wasn't much going on in the street. I found this fellow standing outstide the coffee shop having a smoke with his coffee. He didn't seem to mind the cold all that much.

I think this is very much in the style of Jagar, with good tones and a great street shot. The technicals are there with a great DoF and focus is spot on. The light is just right on the person while the shadows are nice and black. If there are any critiques to make it would be the man's feet are cut off just below the knees and kind of look like stumps. I think the rule of thumb is include the whole person or do a three quarter portrait above the knee line. Jagar lives in a unique part of the world which has the old European style, you did well to match that setting.
