 The drum band in yesterday's carnaval parade was dressed up with the theme "after rain comes sunshine", a Dutch proverb.

Nice one, I like the orange colours on this (slightly desaturated?) image. Typical Dutch. And apparantly bad weather during the carnaval festivities.
