Thanks Ursula. The Holga is bare bones, you have to wind the film forward manually so overlays can be planned or just happen - you have to keep in mind the composition of the last shot. I generally remember to keep one comp uncluttered and the next one can be busier if you want. This shot was to be two exposure but it seems like I may have 3. There is a flikr group for Holga that is fun. Here is a holga primer.

Ahhhh, I like it! Daisy, how do you do overlays with a Holga? Do you have to rewind the film, or can you do them without rewinding?

Art. SOOC. The way it should be. It is busy but that's the intention, it's a lure to linger longer.

Terrific collage - transportation, buildings, street, people - well titled indeed. Read your explanation and at first thought you had used three different files - two portraits and something else (wasn't sure quite what but I knew it had to have buildings and a street in it!) You should have seen me looking for the people (portraits)! Finally sorted out that you were talking about orientation and felt kind of silly. Enjoyed the exploration, though.

Reminds me of a collage - but without the mess of cutting out things and pasting them back together.
Good one.

ya know what? It works so much better with film, than when I do it digitally! Got to get my Holga out!

The overlays are interesting, but IMHO it is a bit too busy for me.
