 Used my son's colorful pencils.. The maximum time for this shot involved the actual shaving of the pencils. Basic setup on a sheet of white paper under normal tungsten room lighting.

Basic crop, contrast and brightness, applied high pass, added border and resized for DPC.

very cute, fun, colorful!!! Your hand must be tired from using one of those little tiny pencil sharpers! My thoughts for composition only - I might have made it cleaner and cleaned off the little tiny shavings and left the white (table) clean. Also made sure all the pencils were sharp. 7
