 The bird feeder comment made me smile! Actually it was -34C and I was out hiking on Pertrie Island these little chickadees were the only other sign of life out that day!! No bird feeders. no seeds just some chickadees out in the wild. That being said I can totally see why it was said! Made me smile!

More like trying to crack open a seed from the feeder. :-) Nice isolation of subject. Would be worth a point or two more with a catch-lite in the eye.

Those little things are hard to photograph, which is why I'm guessing that the face is a bit soft (seems like the focus point is on the wing).
