The gradient at the top of the image is not post processing. It is actually the shadow of the eaves oid the roof. I wish I had included part of the roof in the shot but I had to be quick to catch this moment and missed it.

This feels wonderfully spontaneous - as if he was just running from window to door, peeking in and checking out this wonderful old place. I love the pose. 9 Voted earlier.

A lovely candid. It could do without the border IMO as it distracts more than inhance the image for me. The proportions of this shot is captivating though.
