Although the flash highlights the main focus of the image, I don't think the foreground has enough interest to justify the status you've given it - would prefer to see a more balanced exposure and more of the grassy background. That said, I really like the colours and composition.

I like the colors in the sky. I would have cropped out the light top center as it's distracting. I actually first saw the pic as a square crop from the bottom up and liked it.
