The challenge said to show the effects of water without showing water. I know you wanted to show the moss. I think for this challenge you should have rather done a close up of moss. I voted you down because of the water, even though I think your image is very, very beautiful.

Excellent control of shutter speed. For my taste, would prefer to see a slightly more unorthodox composition, and perhaps a little closer to the water.
Very pleasant silk water effect. Those moss covered rocks ARE your subject. I happen to like the context of the stream, but the intolerant voters will not be kind. 9
