 Riley "driving" the County's Incident Command and Communication Center vehicle. This is the mobile command center that they will use to direct authorities to heard us all into the FEMA camps during the upcoming apocalypse. ;-)


This was around the time of the Rockwell challenge and I was experimenting with editing techniques.

Reminds of the video that was shown last week of the dogs that drive cars in New Zealand. I mean, only in the way that, um, the subject doesn't really fit into the environment as per usual... ;-Þ
