Crayola Crew

Folk dancing troupes came to town, and this group watched another with what looks like a bit of contempt.

After three straight B&W and I figured this was appropriate.

I imagine there's a lot of underhanded skulduggery between the various folk dancing troupes. It's not a hobby for the mild-mannered and weak-hearted. ;-)

Very competitive people obviously! They are clearly Germanic origin and they just remind me of so many folk in my area of south eastern Pennsylvania, which is filled with german and dutch immigrants!

Great colors. Lots of body language and facial expressions here.

The older women look like "eh, we can take 'em".. the two younger women look a bit petrified! Great color!

To judge by their costumes, they are aptly named. The group seems very diverse in terms of age - nice to see some younger people interested in the traditions represented by folk dancing and music.
