Taken April 24th

The icebergs stayed around for a couple of weeks. Every few days I would go to photograph them. They kept flipping and changing shape (and melting of course) so every time I went there they looked different. This was taken on a dull day that wouldn't have been nice for landscapes so I concentrated on the detail in the icebergs.

Very interesting patterns and shapes on this here iceberg.... I don't believe i've ever seen one in real life. It's gotta be fascinating and also incredible.

I'm fascinated by that dark blue line running through. Makes me wonder if it's a crack in the making?

I love that double line of blue wandering through. Really a nice picture to explore the textures and colors.

Love that blue, compressed ice. We see that occasionally in our few remaining glaciers here. But, I've also seen the color in the modern era Alaskan glaciers. I think that line in the iceberg is extremely interesting and beautiful. Wouldn't it be great to know the history of those years, or eras.
