 I'm being silly again.

Main flash bounced off a white card to my right. Silver reflector to my left. Slave flash on the background.

From RAW using Photivo:
Crop
Texture contrast
to monochrome using channel mixer
after gamma curve

Then in GIMP
Clone out a couple of loose threads
re-size
sharpen

This is one of my favorites of the challenge. Great detail. Wonderful focus.
Lighting is perfect.
Can't think of a thing I'd change here.
