 Lucky capture! I knew what I wanted, but I couldn't look through the view finder. Snapped one, then switched to live view to take it again. This is the one without looking.

Just took a snap of the new rose we're getting, and it fits the challenge perfectly! What luck!

At first I wanted to enter a photo of my wife's pregnant tummy, but that didn't work out.

For me one of the problems with this shot is that nothing is in sharp focus.

At first, I didn't really notice the background budding flower. Maybe if it were closer or brighter, the proportions could be shown even better.
Also, watch out for flashes in macro photography. The shadows on the main flower are distracting.
