Background is very nice, but IMHO the photo does not offer an impressionistic/artistic view of the flowers themselves. Perhaps if you did what Yura suggests and make them out of focus, taking advantage of your lenses "impressionistic bokeh".

I would make this out of focus. Don't need all the sharpness. That lens makes a wonderful bokeh. Also would move the camera slightly north-west to put the flower into both horizontal and vertical golden section points.
