 A bighorn flock on the cliffs of the canyon.

Bighorn sheep make no noise, especially when they are huddled in fear.

From left to right: mature ewe, immature male, nine year old ram, five month old lamb. Both sexes of the bighorn sheep have horns. So, the commenter who mentioned these were all rams is mistaken.

Their camouflage is good. I don't think they blend in with the rocks because their wool texture is very different from the granite. Their camouflage is a part of their natural adaptation, as is their silence.

I like the title. The photo seems a bit busy to me. If there were some better background separation, that may help, but their natural camouflage is so close in color to the rocks that it makes your subject blend in.
