 with all the bad happening in the news every day, from war in Syria to storms over America to economic crisis in Europe to Greece and Spain to crazy elections in America, one is really asking if the world is spinning out of control

I'd expect to see the spinning fairwheel dominating the image, not being overwhelmed by the tower.

I'm not sure that said headline and image would go together. Seems like artist interpretations of a headline don't really make it into papers.
