Hey Wendy,

Since you mentioned the back story I thought I would pop you a quick note. Outside of Nairobi, on the edge of the Nairobi game park, is a very cool elephant conservation project run by the Sheldrick Foundation. Every morning they allow visitors to come in and give a presentation on elephant conservation. The elephant orphans all come in to a central spot where they are given bottles of milk and leaves to eat. It is amazing because there is only a rope between you and the baby elephants. We had one walk right up to us and we scratched its ears. It is one of the coolest experiences if you are ever coming through Nairobi. :) The man in the picture was giving a lecture on the program. It was a fun morning.

very unusual headline, but it works. They are all clearly babies, probably orphaned by poachers shooting their moms. Love the middle baby elephant and water in the middle. bumping to 8.

This is a cool photo, although the highlights all have this odd muddy grey look to them instead of being bright (and adding contrast).
