a wider angle and it coule be a good journalism shot... and the smoke would still be a major subject

Awesome shot, must have been warm taking that :) The 'thing' on the bottom left distracts me and maybe should be cropped out?

Really billowing isn't it! Great colors and texture in the smoke. Th car's tip bottom left could easily be remoced.

very impressive shot of an unfortunate event. I like the thick billowing smoke. I wish the wreck and the man in the foreground were framed better, though. they provide good photo elements to help tell the story but they are cut off.
