Hey Dave - I think the lighting and camera technicals are good except for what looks like some motion blur an her front arm, but the pose and expression are a bit awkward. Her back arm looks a little contorted and her smile looks forced. Processing-wise it could use a little something - maybe a touch of diffuse glow type thing. Hopefully someone else will chime in with better advice.
