 Lots of chocolate (perhaps an overdosis) on this straciatella panna cotta. As most of my desserts here, made (and eaten) at home.

I love the crop on this! Quite stunning. Also, yum! I love straciatella ice cream (America doesn't have it, so far as I've seen), and this looks just as tasty!
