 This Gargoyle is outside of Eastern State Penitentiary in Philadelphia. Great place!

Just "basic" advanced editing...not much at all except for the conversion to BW which is backed off a bit to allow some toning and the chain to stand out. The only spot editing was removal of a small light fixture. The "issue" in the sky someone called out is just clouds and the sky colors as converted to BW (in Silver Effex).
