This was my first day back shooting, in quite some time. I have started metal detecting and got hooked. So most of my time now, is finding treasure!
Although, this guy was a treasure too! Such a fantastic looking bird! I found him at a farm, I have been detecting at.
I like the image. Although I'm not sure how the background line, will hit people. I wish it was softer, but wanted the depth of field. Ahhh compromise....
Planning on giving this as a christmas gift. Kenny the farmer, will love it!

Nicely focused, good colors, and crisp. That verical line I find distracting. It also seems to have a bit too much room on the left side of the frame??? The feels a little centered and there seems as I said, to be a bit more space to left tnan optimum. I like the negative space this guy presents, but wonder if it could be taken more advantage of.
