 Pure sign of winter when the rock ptarmigan changes its color and takes on the white winter coat. The bird is almost there... after few days it will be totally white and then we can welcome winter in Iceland. Seconds after I shoot this image the bird was gone... free as a bird.

No cropping, some tonal adjustments, a tiny dudging and burning, levels, curves, resized, sharpened, framed and saved for the web.
