I feel certain this would have gotten a ten from me. I only got around to half the entries. My loss.

I love photo impressionism and you definitely have the start of something here. Unfortunately the frame is all background. You really need one more compositional element in the abstract image for it to pop. I can envision a big red OOF buoy out on the sea! Perhaps you can add a pop of color to this by hand in PS with a big, soft brush and make yourself a nice piece of wall art.

Could be a painting too.

:-) This makes me smile 1) for the gonads to enter it, and 2) for the simple pleasing qualities of the capture.

One nit I have is the sensor dust spots mostly evident in lower middle.

I can see this selling for $40 Million and folks on the internet argueing about its value as art or as a photograph. The tones here are great and really allow you to explore the image. I might try it without the vignette as it creates the only "dark" area and my eyes keep resting in the dark lower corners.

For some reason I love the minimalism in this photo.

Personally I would have tried to increase slightly the contrast between water and sky layers. Nevertheless I love the dreamlike simplicity. 8

Has a quiet, calming nature to it.
