 Metal Grid is used for the base,silver color westar watch and some eyelites were used.

Levels, color fill, Brightness/Contrast were adjusted, silver FX used for B/W effect.

Interestingly, my eye brushed right past the watch and looked at those odd circles first. I don't think that is what was intended with this photo.
