 Went to the local thrift/antique store to find the "lavish" table setting. Shot using the tilt/swivel LCD to frame the picture while holding the camera overhead.

-Handheld, manual mode
-FL 36mm (35mm EQ)
-Various Curves through masks to FG and BG to lessen BG clutter
-Duplicated adjusted BG layer, applied "Glowing Edges" filter, reduced layer opacity to 66%
-Additional Curves to BG and whole image
-Resize
-USM at 66%/0.6 dia/TH = 5
-SaveAs JPEG at quality 8/10 = 288KB

I like the "drawn and sketched" quality. I also like the vision, the twist rather than literal take on the image. (I also like this image because, at times, I believe thought and theme get sacrificed for a "pop art" sort of technique-driven image ideal.) Its not a pretty image, but it has the brown on black graphic feel of late 70's album cover.
