I'm feeling a little slow on this one. You win. I can't think of a question to put here.

Answer: No
Question: Is it time yet?

There are a couple of things imo that work against this shot. First is the lighting - a bit dark, the colors look dull - not vibrant. Next is the background. It is always a bit risky posing a person in front a spindly vegetation. Aside from the risk of the tree growing out of his head look (which you avoided quite nicely), it usually introduces lots of lines and distractions - as it does here. Finally, the image has a very strong horizontal line not quite level along the bottom of the shot.

If I'm seeing right, it looks like he is smoking a nail with his left hand, while holding an unlit cigarette in his right. Perhaps I am too much of a literalist, but I don't get it. Though it reminds me of a Gary S. Paxton song, "There Goes a Cigar Smoking a Man."

Q: Is it time to quit
A: Why yes it is
it's been 9 years, 9 months and oddly 9 days since I quit.
