I really played around with the colors because I wanted a vibrant look. Then Topaz Clean, Topaz Adjust, Topaz Detail to bring more attention to the Detail.

I used a 70-300 mm lens, ISO 200, F22, and 1/8 of a second and kind of rotated and zoomed the lens to enhance that blurry feel.
