Trying to make it look like an old-fashioned ivory cameo pendant or ring.
-Handheld (braced against doorjamb), manual mode
-FL 79.2mm (35mm EQ)
-Noise-reduction with PictureCooler
-RGB Curve
-Desaturate Master Channel about 80%
-Created/feathered/filled oval selections
-RGB and Blue Curves to vignette/inner border
-USM at 88%/0.8 dia/TH = 5
