I like this a lot better. If you were after creating a bit more 'glow' to the skin, I would recommend trying something like the following:

-Create duplicate layer
-Add Diffuse Glow (Filter -> Distort ->Diffuse Glow). You can use the sliders to define how much glow to put in etc.
-Then add a soft layer of smoothing such as with Noise Ninja or similar.

Here is what I did using these steps (hope you don't mind!)
