I would love to see this in black and white and not as heavily processed...very pretty model...

FWIW - my impression of this is "fake" or "unreal". I don't know of anyone or any context (acting might be a possibility) where you would put your hands near your face like that without touching it. Also, the processing on the skin comes across as fake. I'd crop on the left (too much arm) to just to the left of the lowest bracelet, and on the right to remove just a bit of her hair. There isn't enough above her face to crop down from the top also. Also, it seems like there's something wrong with her left hand - the line along her hand & little finger is too straight.
On the plus side, you have done a great job with the catchlights in her eyes, the highlights in her hair. I like the lighting very much, with the exception of the shadow cast by her right hand on her face - but the overall location and quality is very nice. I really like your use of the turquoise in the bracelets to add a touch of color and interest to an otherwise mostly monochrome image. I especially like the upper bracelet and how it combines the brown & turquoise in a single item - helps to tie things together. She has a great expression.
Despite my criticisms, I doubt I could do even 1/2 as well.

An interesting pose, not a standard pose you would typically see in a portrait.

First off, the model is very attractive and the relaxed face works well. However, I am not at all enamored with processing. The skin seems very much oversmoothed, removing all texture and luster. The face is cast in heavy shadows, especially from the hands as if the light was not positioned to minimize shadows. The smoothing of the skin does not appear to match the nice texture in the hair.

It reminds me of a posture we see in Indian traditional dancing, the image is maybe a bit soft but I do like that gaze.
