Obviously I have processed the crap out of this image. I used the Nik Sharpener Pro several times, decreasing the focus in the output focus mode to get the halos, then finally using the raw presharpener to get the spikes on the stars. Somewhere in there was Topaz Adjust color boost. The original is below. This is the view from my back porch, looking toward the freeway and the farmland then badlands beyond. Not a very busy freeway, as you can see :-)
