 Taken on July 5th between Calgary and Strathmore Alberta. The radio and TV began blaring an Emergency Warning Broadcast on every channel warning of imminent tornados 10 KM east of Calgary - and like any smart level headed individual, I grabbed my camera bag and headed straight for it. Out of all the photos I took I loved this one the most. No tornados touched down in this area, but hail the size of golf balls, thunder and lightning sure were.

It is a rainbow yes. I thought it was a bit poetic - a tornado runs through and a rainbow trails behind the storm.
