 Just before the RFK/triboro bridge on the way to pick up my father at Memorial Sloan Kettering hospital following cancer surgery. A dark yet powdery and ominous shot. The roads were in fact wide open. I took a lot of shots this day but this is the best considering I could not crop.

I know its too dark, the signs are unreadable. But the big sky over Manhattan, the light poles, perhaps people will like it.

A very nice use of wide, in my opinion. Daydreaming while driving - happens all the time. An empty highway is most definitely a dream!
