 A 50 minute ferry ride to Monhegan Island. The swells were high, and the dog and owner were not enjoying the ride. For a while the owner was looking as green as her shoelaces.

Less than four hours until rollover and I finally received my first comment of the challenge -- from posthumous with a beautiful red hand. Thank you, Don. I saw something in this photo and, after a week with the score mostly below 5, I wasn't sure anyone else would. You've made my week.

I love Monhegan and have been there often, and once on the trip back to the mainland experienced high swells like this that dwarfed the ferry and appeared nigh to topple us. Can accurately imagine what that pooch might have felt in the moment. Good angle choice in the composition here.
