This was taken from the same spot where I saw the recent Supermoon, so I had to come back and take this photo of the barn. Since I wasn't able to drive too far from home, I felt this was the best place to get the mountain ranges, without too many other 'modern' subjects around. As there was no place to park on the side of the road, I wasn't able to avoid the striped lines on the road. I had fun trying to work out what subject matter to use, for this challenge.

Post Challenge

I wanted more mountains, but there was just no room to move to the left as the road was on a curve. The barn would not have been a part of us, the only other option was to go behind it as there was a road next to the barn. I did have another image, just of the mountains only, which I will post in my portfolio for you to have an idea of what it was like

This image is kind of flat to me - needs just a touch more contrast.

Proportionally, that is too much road & building and not enough mountains and sky. Makes me want to step to the left by 100 feet and see what lies beyond. There are elements of the sky and clouds and mountains which suggest wonderful landscape. I just don't fell the historic barn is detailed enough or close enough to see details. That is quite a roof. In my part of the country, that roof would collapse under the snow load.
