The alpine lake, Loch Vale. It was very unusual to have becalmed winds in mid morning. This is a natural looking HDR blend of three images. The scene was at least 10 camera stops between blackest shadows and brightest highlights. I used HDR Efex Pro and 0.6 and 0.9 soft grad ND filters.

A classically composed landscape image. My favorite bit is the sky - the intoxicatingly deep blue sky always blows me away when I am up in CO, NM, etc.
