4 photos stitched together - the motion blur of the ground and car are straight from camera as is the ghost. the ground/car are from slow shutter speeds while driving and the ghost i used the zoom/blur technique to mimic the motion blur of the car. the sky and moon were shot separately but seemed to fit the scene and i used PS to blur them up. pity really as the sky part really looks nice clear.

thanks for the comments and votes everyone.

a very cool photo, I was tempted to try something like this when I first saw the challenge and i'm glad someone did. These roadside ghost stories are always freaky. It's a weird balance between a realistic snapshot of a ghostly event and a pleasantly beautiful expert edited photo (the clouds and moon contrasting the overall blurriness of the image)
I would have gone one way or the other but the nice moon and clouds may land you some higher votes with people not into the blurry ghost creepy image stuff. While the photo is technically not excellent, it gives the impression that the passenger scrambled for their camera and grabbed this shot at the last minute......THEN THEY WERE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD FROM AGAIN DUN DUN DUN.
