 This is one of the many empty old factory floors/rooms in the old factory complex where our band has a studio/practice space. I plan to utilize this and other rooms as much as possible for photographic purposes.

I did much better than I thought I would, and I believe I learned a great deal from this challenge, namely, that people seem to not like selective focus. playing with depth perception and the like. I realize that at 1.8 something had to give in terms of focus. I originally thought that the viewers Eye was guided to the sharp point of the chair in the light of the window. the combination of depth and neat image made the columns a bit blurrier that I would have liked, and the chair legs are positioned to make it look a bit "2D"; I might do those things a bit differently.

I love the shadows and the longing feeling you created.
You got the small rolly chair just right for that great big space.

well done - I feel that you hit the challenge on the mark. I gave an 8 - I would bump it to a 9 if there was a bit more depth of field.
